CHURCH OF SANT JOSEP
Ancla 1
iglesia
Built in 1732 and expanded in 1822, it is Baroque in style. The patron saint is Saint Joseph. During the Civil War, all its images, paintings, and statues were burned. In 1940, the townspeople, through popular theater performances, gradually raised money to make new ones. All of them were commissioned from a prestigious workshop in Valencia, carved in wood. The most venerated and valuable one, that of Saint Joseph, cost 5,000 pesetas in 1940.
