Carrer del Calvari

It should be noted that in the middle of the street there is a deviation that cuts it perpendicularly.

During Franco's time, it was called Calle 18 de Julio, but now it has been reinstated by Calle del Calvario. Furthermore, it is said that the upper part of the street was once called "La Serreta," a pejorative name that was used to refer to the neighboring town of Callosa, where the town's poorest people lived.

If we look at other towns, we can see that they all have a street with the same characteristics as ours: it is very steep, located in one of the highest parts of the municipality and occasionally on the outskirts.
