From the Callosa Highway, if we go up "Avinguda de la Constitució" we will find "Calle de la Placeta" on the right.

It suggests that this was the town's old main square; it was much larger than it is today, as the houses between the church and it were no longer there before.

The church door is in front of this one.

If we look at other towns, we can see that the town's main square is located right in front of this building. Just below is "la señoría," a garden that belonged to the church.

Finally, before restoring the bell tower, it was possible to see that the clock faced this square and not the current square as it does today.
